About the Role

Drive consumer experience in one of our stores by supporting the Store Manager and contributing to the store's success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and profitability in synergy with your Store Manager
  • Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
  • Assist your Store Manager in implementing and improving retail processes
  • Stay on top of core retail operational procedures such as inventory, P&L
  • Report performance metrics and demonstrate understanding of KPIs to improve store results
  • Ensure the store looks great in line with visual merchandising guidelines
  • Provide cover in the store manager’s absence

Requirements

  • Love interacting with customers and set a great example with a hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience
  • Take initiative when the Store Manager is absent
  • Create a great team who share passion and vision to make every shopping experience outstanding
  • Mentor employees, see them grow, and have fun
  • Experience in opening and closing a store
  • Experience helping to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience leading from the front to maximize sales and boost productivity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems
  • Flexible with working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary
  • Live and demonstrate Guiding Principles: Live with Integrity, Act Courageously, Be Curious, Act with Empathy, and Persevere
