About the Role

In a changing world, we help leading energy and utility companies on their path to a sustainable, digital, and economically successful future. Our Energy & Utilities team advises on key issues in the energy industry, from generation and grids to sales, trading, and new business models. We combine deep industry knowledge with consulting expertise and a clear focus on the challenges of the energy transition. As a consultant, you will support projects in the energy and utility sector, address complex issues, and implement transformation initiatives with experienced colleagues. You will learn to recognize strategic contexts, develop solutions, and actively contribute to project success.

Requirements

Above-average Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Energy Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
Initial professional experience in consulting or the energy industry or an energy-related environment.
Interest in key developments in the energy industry (grids, generation, sales, trading).
Basic knowledge in digitalization, business process optimization, commercial issues, or organizational initiatives.
Analytical, structured, and team-oriented way of working.
Very good German and English skills.
Willingness to travel for projects.
