About the Role

In our Enterprise Microsoft Transformation Business Unit, we collaborate with clients across Europe to shape the modern workplace of tomorrow, focusing on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Security & Compliance, and complex cloud and tenant migrations. Our Business Unit is growing rapidly, and we are seeking entry-level professionals to join us in this exciting journey. From day one, you will gain practical experience in real client projects, tackle challenging tasks, and develop into a Microsoft consulting expert through structured onboarding, mentoring, individual training, and Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

Support consultants in the introduction and further development of Microsoft 365 & Modern Work (e.g., Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive).
Participate in client projects, prepare workshops, analyses, and presentations, and actively contribute to the team.
Assist with migrations to the Microsoft Cloud, including tenant-to-tenant and M365 migrations (e.g., using tools like Quest On Demand Migration).
Gain hands-on experience with modern topics such as Microsoft Copilot, Adoption & Change, and Security & Compliance (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune).
Support the conception of integration solutions and take on own (partial) tasks as experience grows.
Acquire technical and consulting expertise with our support and work towards initial Microsoft certifications.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field.
First exposure to Microsoft technologies or IT topics (e.g., through internships, working student roles, thesis, or personal projects).
High motivation to enter consulting, learn new things, and quickly familiarize yourself with topics.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to optimally advise clients on-site.
Very good German and English language skills.
