About the Role
The Zentrum Liberale Moderne is seeking a student assistant (m/f/d) to support administration and event organization. This role is initially limited to one year with the possibility of an extension.
Responsibilities
- Support with administrative tasks
- Support with the organization of events and meetings
- Travel planning, bookings, and expense reports
- Research
- Classic office tasks such as appointment coordination, correspondence, documentation, address management, minute-taking, answering incoming calls, and office supply orders
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in studies (major open - e.g., administration, management, politics, or social sciences)
- Confident communication skills in German (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common applications
- Quick comprehension, independent and structured work style
- Conscientious, communicative, proactive, and motivated
- Team player and organizational talent
