About the Role

Full-time live-out Educator/Nanny/Family Assistant needed for a loving SoHo family with three children (ages 4, 9, and 11). This role involves child-related duties, focusing on stimulating and age-appropriate interaction, particularly with the older children. During school hours, you will support the family with broader household management tasks such as schedules, activities, groceries, and organizing. The ideal candidate will enjoy working alongside a supportive household team.

Responsibilities

Interact with children in a stimulating and age-appropriate way, with a primary focus on the older children.
Support the family with broader coordination and execution of family management tasks (e.g., schedules, activities, groceries, organizing) during school hours.
Manage house-related tasks (schedules, travel, logistics) to ensure the smooth running of a busy home.
Complete all child-related duties including meal preparation, cleaning up/tidying bedroom and play areas, laundry, and researching/planning playdates and activities.

Requirements

Authorization to work in the US
A clean driver's license
An understanding of managing a household with children
Readiness to manage house related tasks
A well-suited demeanor for working with multiple school age children
Experience working with children with ADHD and/or special needs
Exceptional childcare references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity and high emotional intelligence
Ability to commit for a minimum of 2 years for all permanent positions
