About the Role
Impact Valuation Group (IVG) is expanding its appraiser network and seeking Licensed & Certified Residential Appraisers to fulfill qualified appraisal orders. This opportunity offers flexible, optional volume without quotas, pressure, or administrative burden, ideal for supplementing existing businesses with steady work on the appraiser's own terms.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally.
- Communicate reliably and respond throughout the appraisal process.
- Complete field inspections.
- Complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements.
Requirements
- Active Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed).
- Current E&O insurance meeting lender requirements.
- USPAP-compliant appraisal practice with strong attention to quality and detail.
- Familiarity with common appraisal software and forms (e.g., UAD-compliant reports).
- Ability to meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality standards.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners, agents, and lender partners.
- Access to reliable transportation and tools required to complete field inspections.
