About the Role

Supporting leadership and sales teams for the Commercial Bank, this role involves compiling information, preparing reports, and managing complex administrative tasks to provide a high level of professional support.

Responsibilities

  • Compile information and prepare moderately complex reports.
  • Assist with the completion of expense reports.
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational tasks.
  • Schedule multi-city travel arrangements.
  • Provide a high level of professional support, balancing experienced-level administrative work with ad hoc initiatives.
  • Plan meetings, track deliverables, and pull routine reports.
  • Answer questions regarding business unit policies and procedures.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of administrative procedures to less experienced staff.
  • Provide administrative supervision and support to managers in reporting, customer, or business documentation.
  • Interact with the Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasks.
  • Support more experienced level leaders with daily administrative tasks.
  • Interact with more experienced leaders across the organization.
  • Support the planning and execution of client events and sponsorship requests.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Experience supporting a sales function
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
  • Experience coordinating and marketing client events
  • Experience using AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot) to analyze sales data and track analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
  • Ability to prepare management level presentations
  • Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
