About the Role
As an Associate Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Salesforce platform, enabling business teams to work efficiently, make informed decisions, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This position is a great opportunity to showcase your technical and analytical skills while growing your Salesforce expertise within a caring and trustworthy organization.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce users, security settings, custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Support business processes across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud while assisting with platform enhancements and user adoption initiatives.
- Maintain data quality through data imports, exports, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.
- Support Salesforce governance, system testing, release management, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide end-user support, onboarding, training, and guidance to help teams maximize Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder support capabilities.
- Adaptability, collaboration, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
