About the Role
Clio is seeking a Content Specialist to join the Enterprise Content Team. This role is crucial for managing content production, maintaining the content calendar, and coordinating logistics to ensure published work aligns with strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality first drafts across various formats.
Responsibilities
- Produce first drafts across content formats including blog posts, social content, email copy, one-pagers, landing pages, webinar abstracts, and campaign assets.
- Write video scripts for shorter-form content including social videos, product explainers, and supporting thought leadership formats.
- Write clearly and on-brand for enterprise audiences, adapting tone and format across channels and buyer stages.
- Use AI tools to accelerate drafts, recognizing and reworking AI output to reflect Clio’s voice.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback to achieve strong drafts efficiently.
- Support the Content Strategist in developing assets by producing research, outlines, and supporting content.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise content calendar in Asana and Sprout Social.
- Set up and maintain content workflows in Asana, identifying and flagging bottlenecks.
- Schedule and publish social content through Sprout Social, ensuring correct formatting, tagging, and timing.
- Coordinate with freelancers and external contributors, including briefing, tracking deliverables, and managing timelines.
- Support integrated campaign execution by preparing and distributing content assets across various channels.
- Assist with ABM programs by adapting and personalizing content for priority accounts and key enterprise segments.
- Ensure published content is accurate, on-brand, and consistent across channels.
- Stay alert to business signals and proactively share insights that could inform content strategy.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and surface relevant insights.
- Support performance reporting by pulling data, tracking KPIs, and flagging interesting trends.
- Edit and proofread own work and supporting materials to a high standard.
- Apply SEO, conversion, and buyer journey best practices to content.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in voice, tone, and messaging.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal technology, or a legal environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clean, on-brand first drafts quickly across multiple formats.
- Hands-on experience managing a content calendar and coordinating content workflows.
- Proficiency with Sprout Social and Asana, or equivalent tools.
- Comfortable owning the operational side of a content program.
- Curious and proactive; notices things, connects dots, and brings observations forward without being asked.
- Comfortable working with limited information and iterating fast.
- Willing to get hands-on with Clio’s product to understand its functionality and customer usage.
- Strong brand instincts; able to identify and correct AI-generated content.
- Proficiency with AI writing and research tools is required, including Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
- Must be able to speak to live, practical examples of how AI tools are used in day-to-day work.
