About the Role

AO Globe Life is seeking dedicated, people-focused professionals for a fully remote Client Support Specialist role. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, value structure with flexibility, and want to build a long-term career from home. You will assist individuals and families across the United States in understanding and accessing important supplemental benefit programs. No cold calling or door-to-door outreach is required. We provide comprehensive training, structured mentorship, and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with clients nationwide
Listen carefully to client needs and recommend appropriate benefit options
Explain available programs clearly and professionally
Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
Maintain accurate, organized digital records and follow-up communication
Provide ongoing post-enrollment support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
Participate in virtual team meetings, mentorship sessions, and product training
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to team goals

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace
