About the Role

The Account Manager will manage day-to-day activities to creatively execute and produce client marketing programs, serving as the primary liaison between the client and the internal project team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities to creatively execute and produce client marketing programs.
  • Communicate externally with the client and internally with the project team to keep everyone informed of project status, updates, and changes.
  • Build relationships with clients based on trust and credibility.
  • Collaborate with clients, Account senior leaders, strategy, and creative departments to develop creative briefs that solve for client’s marketing challenges.
  • Serve as the creative and exceptional leader for new, more extensive scale and/or more complex marketing programs.
  • Lead the day-to-day creative development from start to finish.
  • Secure required client approvals (e.g. creative briefs, budgets, creative materials, etc.).
  • Ensure progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules.
  • Guide internal and client meetings, presentations, and calls.
  • Prepare relevant documents, including agendas, presentation decks, and follow-up communications.
  • Evaluate copy, layouts, artwork, media plans, and production materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed-upon strategies and business objectives.
  • Keep agency team informed of client requests and changes.
  • Anticipate potential problems and potential implications.
  • Proactively develop and execute solutions.
  • Proactively contribute to managing project scope and budget.
  • Notify manager of client requests that fall outside of scope.
  • Alert client of financial and timing implications.
  • Secure client approval to proceed and revise budgets as needed.
  • Analyze program results, summarize findings and recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward.
  • Assist senior leadership in developing program recaps and associated presentations for clients based on analysis of results and recommendations.
  • Monitor the status of work-in-progress and client budgets.
  • Lead internal status meetings with finance and project management.
  • Review estimates/billing and approve invoices.

Requirements

  • Scientific Degree completed with Marketing/Economics specialization.
  • 2 years' experience in the industry.

Skills

  • Fluent English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools will be considered a plus.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of the Agency’s offerings and industry trends.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle negotiation.
