About the Role

Support large-scale transformation programs within the life science industry, focusing on technology adoption, operating models, or organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver end-to-end change approaches across technology adoption, operating models, or organisational transformation.
• Build the case for change, assess functional impacts and develop clear change and adoption roadmaps.
• Engage senior stakeholders, align leaders and build support across complex functions.
• Deliver change readiness, communications, training and resistance management activities.

Requirements

• An independent consultant.
• 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment.
• 1+ years’ experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
