About the Role
FENKA Robotics is seeking a Workshop/Warehouse Employee (m/f/d) for their workshop in southern Berlin. This role involves preparing, testing, and repairing technical products, offering a varied mix of workshop, warehouse, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate has technical understanding, enjoys practical work, and seeks an alternative to repetitive assembly line tasks.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and technical testing of our robots
- Performing minor repairs and manual work
- Troubleshooting and independent resolution of technical problems
- Support with warehouse tasks such as storage, order picking, and goods movements
- Booking goods and products in and out of the system
- Support with inventory management
- Processing internal and external order and service requests
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship in a craft or technical field, e.g., as a bicycle mechatronics technician, bicycle mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, electronics technician, or comparable is advantageous
- Good manual skills and technical understanding
- Ideally, initial experience in a workshop, warehouse, or technical service environment
- Independent, structured, and careful way of working
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Basic computer skills
- Good German language skills, at least at B2 level
- Experience in customer service is advantageous
- Forklift license is a plus
