About the Role

miavola is the first D2C brand addressing thyroid conditions, developing natural products combined with knowledge, community, and empathy. We are building the Social Media department and seeking a strategic, operational, and creative individual to manage our channels, aiming to engage and inform our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the organic content strategy for miavola per platform, with clear pillars (Education, Community, Product, Personal).
  • Build a repeatable editorial plan.
  • Translate complex topics (TSH, T3/T4, Hashimoto, micronutrients) into understandable and shareable content.
  • Conceive, shoot, edit, and post Reels, TikToks, Stories, and Posts, primarily independently.
  • Appear on camera when required.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content production.
  • Respond to comments and DMs as a form of brand management.
  • Identify future content topics based on community feedback.
  • Develop UGC and community formats for organic growth.
  • Track metrics such as reach, saves, shares, profile visits, follower growth, and conversion contributions.
  • Test, learn, and iterate on content strategies weekly.
  • Provide monthly transparent reports on performance and future adjustments.
  • Deeply engage with the topic of thyroid, hormones, and micronutrients through collaboration and self-study.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with organic social media, either managing a brand with proven growth or as a creator with significant reach and engagement.
  • Ability to think in hooks, formats, and cliffhangers.
  • Proficiency in editing Reels without needing a separate editor.
  • A good eye for design and aesthetics in social media content.
  • Comfort and confidence appearing on camera.
  • Genuine interest in health, hormones, and women's health, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and social media algorithms.
  • Residency in Berlin.
  • C2 German language proficiency.
  • C1 English language proficiency.

Salary/Compensations

  • Starting from €4,000 gross/month, depending on experience and track record.
