About the Role
As a Microsoft Alliance Operator, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Microsoft Alliance in Germany, coordinating key activities such as alliance events, campaigns, webinars, content, and communication measures, as well as pipeline, funding, contract, and budget management. You will also link marketing and alliance activities with pipeline priorities and market opportunities to enhance visibility and demand, and drive up-skilling initiatives to empower internal teams for effective market engagement.
Responsibilities
- Operationally manage the Microsoft Alliance in Germany.
- Coordinate alliance events, campaigns, webinars, content, and communication measures.
- Manage pipeline, funding, contracts, and budgets from planning to follow-up.
- Align marketing and alliance activities with pipeline priorities, market opportunities, and strategic growth areas.
- Strengthen visibility, demand, and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with Alliance Leadership, Sales, Sector Teams, Marketing, and Microsoft stakeholders.
- Enhance the positioning of PwC Germany within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Drive up-skilling initiatives and empower internal teams with relevant content, priorities, and guidance.
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics, marketing, communication sciences, or a comparable field.
- Experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or similar go-to-market roles within the technology or professional services sector.
- Good understanding of digital partner models, joint campaign execution, and operational requirements of successful alliance management.
- Familiarity with the German Microsoft ecosystem is ideal.
- Structured, proactive, and hands-on work approach.
- Ability to reliably manage multiple activities, stakeholders, and timelines concurrently.
- Very good German and English language skills.
