About the Role
Managers play an integral role at Huron, building client relationships and leading teams to solve complex challenges. They plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions, while also mentoring junior staff to foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) and Workforce Management solutions, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and business stakeholders to design scalable workforce management solutions aligned with Oracle leading practices.
- Serve as the functional lead for Time & Labor, driving solution design for time entry, time calculation rules, overtime, scheduling, shift differentials, labor costing, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR teams to ensure seamless integration, workforce compliance, and accurate payroll processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM consulting experience with a focus on Time & Labor (OTL) and Workforce Management
- Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Time & Labor implementation experiences
- Experience leading requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor team members and contribute across multiple engagements
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
- Canadian citizenship required for TN visa travel to the U.S., as needed
