About the Role
As a Supermarket Assistant, you will provide Partner-led service and passion for food to customers, ensuring a positive brand impression and fostering customer loyalty. Any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium of £3.75 per hour. Applicants must be 18 years or older. This is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week) for a Short Term Temporary contract.
Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
- Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns.
- Supporting the wider shop team, including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
- Must be able to work in the specified location.
- Must be able to work the advertised hours.
