About the Role
Seeking an Automotive F&I Manager for a temporary 60-day assignment at Spitzie's Harley Davidson in Albany, NY. This role supports the dealership's energetic sales team and motivated executive team.
Responsibilities
- Present vehicle protection products to clients.
- Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
- Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
- Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
- Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
- Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous automotive F&I experience is REQUIRED.
- Proven track record of selling products to clients.
- Working knowledge of the finance process.
- Ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.
- Must be ready to hit the ground running.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
