About the Role
We are seeking a freelance designer/video producer to create social content, including short-form vertical video, static graphics, and motion graphics, for our publishing team. You will work directly with the team to produce content for updates and events, bringing your creative skills and format instincts to raw capture and provided context.
Responsibilities
- Cut short-form vertical video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts from gameplay capture, dev footage, and community clips
- Design static and animated graphics for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Steam
- Turn in-game moments and player stories into content people actually want to share
- Adapt assets across formats, aspect ratios, and channels without losing the idea
- Work within existing brand guidelines while pushing new formats and finding what works
Requirements
- Fluency in editing and design tooling (Premiere / After Effects / DaVinci, Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator, or your equivalents)
- Platform-native instincts; understanding of what works on different social media platforms
- Comfort working fast, self-directed, and from imperfect source material
- Games literacy: understanding player culture to create authentic content
- Working English proficiency
