About the Role
This crucial strategic position involves proactive engagement during the design phase to secure future projects valued at upwards of $350mm. It requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to drive the adoption of Veolia technologies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with the Veolia Key Account Manager to oversee all Account activities.
- Continuously monitor and optimize contract performance down to the plant level.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our Buyer's plant(s) needs and how Veolia can provide tailored solutions.
- Lead the adoption of Veolia technologies with customers.
- Serve as primary on-site liaison between Veolia and Micron.
- Engage Micron proactively throughout the project, from bid through execution completion, including early bid involvement for opportunities identified prior to RFP receipt.
- Support technical discovery sessions to identify and document customer requirements (pre-RFP).
- Facilitate communication between customer stakeholders and internal engineering/technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with customers and other project stakeholders.
- Anticipate customer needs and potential issues before they escalate.
- Track and report on customer engagement activities, requirements, and project status.
- Identify opportunities for expanded collaboration, scope, and additional business value.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive support and issue resolution.
- Represent company culture and values while embedded in customer environment.
- Drive and/or support internal bid activities and processes, as needed.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of water treatment products, services, technologies, and applications portfolio.
- Technical problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of the water infrastructure needs of customers in the semiconductor manufacturing space.
- Knowledge of water and wastewater streams from semiconductor chip fabs, water treatment equipment manufacturing processes, and systems integration.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements of chip manufacturers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Active listening and questioning techniques to uncover underlying needs.
