About the Role
This role involves preparing 3D-printed shoe components for quality inspection through meticulous hand-finishing, ensuring consistency and attention to detail are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare 3D-printed shoe components by hand, removing excess material, strings, and surface residue.
- Follow and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for training and high-quality products.
- Identify and report visible defects such as cracks, warping, or surface imperfections.
- Adhere to established finishing procedures and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Prioritize safety for yourself and the team.
- Possess steady hands and a keen eye for detail.
- Be comfortable with repetitive, meticulous hands-on work.
- Demonstrate reliability, organization, and teamwork.
- Be physically capable of standing for an entire shift.
- A background in manufacturing, crafts, garments, or any hands-on role is a plus.
