About the Role

The Shipping Coordinator ensures Zellerfeld customers receive products quickly, accurately, and in excellent condition. This role prepares finished goods for shipment, executes shipping processes, and completes quality checks before orders leave the facility.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and quality protocols during the packing and shipping process.
• Receive finished products from production and verify quality against SOP standards.
• Prepare and package orders, including labeling, wrapping, and boxing per procedure.
• Generate customer cards, designer labels, and shipping documents using company systems (CloudUI, SendCloud).
• Ensure correct accessories (e.g., socks, inserts) are included per order specifications.
• Accurately apply shipping labels and customs documentation when required.
• Maintain shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels) and notify team lead when stock is low.
• Place completed shipments on the correct conveyor or designated area for carrier pickup.
• Support continuous improvement by reporting errors, inefficiencies, or improvement ideas.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to follow detailed step-by-step instructions with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move boxes during the shift.

Skills

• Experience with shipping or ERP systems is a plus.
• Previous logistics, shipping, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
