About the Role
As a Service Technician for Medical Technology, you will ensure the reliable functioning of medical devices, directly supporting patient safety through installation, repair, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs, calibrations, and maintenance for customers.
- Conduct installations and commissioning of medical devices.
- Provide on-site customer training.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service and colleagues.
- Document service calls and prepare reports.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g., Mechatronics, Medical Technology, Electronics, Plant Electrical Engineering, Industrial Mechanics, Home Appliance Technology).
- Ideally, initial experience in technical field service.
- Enjoy customer interaction and possess strong communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Valid driver's license Class B.
- Willingness to travel (80-100%, including overnight stays).
- Very good German and good English language skills.
