About the Role
This role is key to building a new Global Hybrid Fronting platform within Global Corporate & Specialty (GCS). You will collaborate with the Head of Global Hybrid Fronting to manage partner relationships, support underwriting performance, and identify growth opportunities. Your work will contribute to strong business and customer outcomes by monitoring performance, maintaining oversight, and developing the proposition, ultimately strengthening Aviva's market position and supporting growth ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with partners.

- Identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work with colleagues across Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Distribution and Governance to deliver strong business outcomes and fair customer outcomes.
- Monitor performance.
- Maintain effective oversight.
- Support the development of our proposition.
Requirements
- Strong underwriting experience within delegated authority, MGA, programmes or specialty insurance.
- Experience building and managing relationships with brokers, MGAs or other distribution partners.
- Good understanding of portfolio performance, underwriting controls and governance requirements.
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders across different teams and functions.
