About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Internal Communications & Events Specialist to join our Central Operations Experience (COE) team. You will be the engine that brings the global narrative to life—shaping our cultural direction, amplifying the unique spirit that makes Iso special, and ensuring our values resonate in every touchpoint. You will support the Director of Central Operations Experience and the Internal Communications Lead to transform strategic visions into seamless, everyday realities. You won’t just manage channels and events; you will create shared experiences that build community, foster belonging, and keep our global workforce deeply connected and informed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary administrator for org-wide communications, ensuring quality content, high levels of employee engagement, and clear information flow.
  • Lead the technical publishing of the internal newsletter and other company updates across various platforms.
  • Manage photography assets, perform basic video editing for internal clips, and utilise AI drafting tools to speed up initial content versions.
  • Build and refine high-quality slides for global, company wide meetings and internal briefings.
  • Handle the end-to-end logistics for internal "moments," including the logistics, scheduling, RSVP management, and on-the-day coordination.
  • Maintain accurate data entry for engagement metrics and analyse results to inform improvements.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and assist in drafting early-stage concepts to help bring internal communications, cultural initiatives, and employee engagement campaigns to life.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies (e.g., caterers, merchandise suppliers, event venues, audio/visual technicians), managing quotes, financials, contract tracking, and vendor check-ins to ensure seamless event delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks with precision, balancing content distribution with org-wide channel management.
  • Experience with communications production tools, including slide design software, basic video editing suites, and AI-assisted drafting tools.
  • Strong background in event administration, RSVP management, and office logistics within a professional environment.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to handle technical subject matter accurately during the production process.
  • A "can-do" attitude with a focus on flawless execution and the ability to work horizontally across different functions.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling ability, with proven experience devising creative, engaging content tailored for various internal audiences and platforms (e.g., newsletters, Slack, intranet).
