About the Role

Securitas is seeking security personnel with weapons expertise for various client sites in Berlin. The role involves ensuring safety and order, conducting patrols, and managing access control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and order inside and outside various properties
• Conduct patrol and inspection rounds
• Act as a point of contact for visitors and guests
• Perform access and personnel checks
• Operate and monitor building management and security technology
• Ensure a subjective sense of security

Requirements

• Security check according to §34a GewO
• Weapons expertise according to §7 WaffG (not older than 2004)
• Police clearance certificate without entries
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Social competence
• Physical fitness
• Sense of duty and responsibility, as well as reliability
• Independent thinking and action are essential
• Suitability for shift work
• Experience with common MS Office applications
• Driver's license class B is an advantage

Skills

• Basic English skills are desirable
• Experience with weapons is desirable
• Experience with common MS Office applications

• Shift work (Mon-Sun, holidays, mostly until 10 PM, 8-12 hour shifts)

Salary/Compensations

• Up to €18.55/hour
• Tariff surcharges for night work (15%), Sunday work (25%), and public holidays (50%)
