Responsibilities
- Manage matter files in consultation with Partners and Senior lawyers.
- Assist in planning solutions and strategies to mitigate risks and advance matters.
- Help plan and manage client projects cost-effectively.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Present complex legal matters in client-friendly and practical terms.
- Pro-actively seek solutions to achieve client objectives.
- Participate in client marketing activities to attract new clients and work.
- Conduct meticulous research, analysis, and presentation.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise relevant to clients and the firm.
- Record all time daily.
- Support the management of billing and receivables collection.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Uphold the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Agree and deliver personal objectives annually.
- Take responsibility for keeping technical and commercial knowledge up-to-date and disseminating it.
- Develop key personal skills including project management, public speaking, and technology use.
