About the Role
This field-based role offers the opportunity to develop an established product portfolio in a high-growth Texas territory, combining global backing with local impact. You will engage directly with prospects and customers across Texas, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, to build and grow the territory.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow territory by proactively identifying and engaging new prospects through outreach, site visits, and local networking.
- Quickly follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns to convert interest into qualified opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams on customer visits, demos, and hands-on product trials.
- Deliver seamless product trial experiences, including setup and operation of plug-and-play equipment.
- Represent Linx professionally in the field, building strong relationships and gathering market insights.
- Support events, equipment readiness, and field logistics to ensure effective customer interactions.
Requirements
- Confidence in communicating with customers both in person and over the phone.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfort working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Texas (Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio).
