About the Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and operational roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire talent. Contribute to continuously improving talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across technical and business functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational as well as specialized roles, including engineering, R&D, IC design, process development, and manufacturing positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, support recruitment strategies, and help drive informed hiring decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and documentation by leveraging data and AI to drive efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the People team to ensure recruitment, onboarding, and the wider employee lifecycle are delivered seamlessly.
- Stay informed on semiconductor hiring trends, talent market developments, and competitor activity to support a competitive recruitment approach.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or around 2-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience recruiting within the semiconductor, photonics, robotics or wider manufacturing industry.
- Experience identifying, engaging, and building relationships with technical talent for both current and future hiring needs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- An interest in using data and hiring metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve hiring processes.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken, is required.
Experience Level
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- 2-3 years of experience recruiting within the semiconductor, photonics, robotics or wider manufacturing industry
Education Level
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
