About the Role

The Junior International Project Analyst supports the delivery, tracking, and reporting of portfolio projects and initiatives across Monex International jurisdictions. The role provides coordination, analysis, and administrative support to ensure projects are well-organized, clearly documented, and aligned with agreed priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination, and presentation of projects across the group on an international scale.
• Assist project sponsors in shaping proposals, capturing requirements, and providing clear information for decision-making.
• Coordinate tasks within agreed project outlines.
• Track project progress.
• Support project governance.
• Help make approved projects a reality for company stakeholders.
• Support the delivery, tracking, and reporting of portfolio projects and initiatives.
• Provide coordination, analysis, and administrative support.
• Develop knowledge of Monex business units, project governance, regulatory considerations, internal processes, and systems.
• Work closely with the International Project Portfolio Manager, project sponsors, and functional stakeholders.
• Organize information clearly and maintain accurate records across multiple workstreams.
• Gather inputs for business cases, benefits tracking, management information, and project updates.
• Conduct research across a range of business, operational, and regulatory subjects.
• Coordinate stakeholders and follow up on actions professionally and constructively.
• Work collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions, escalating issues when required.
• Manage time, deadlines, and competing priorities with guidance.

Requirements

• Understanding of project administration, project plans, action logs, and project governance documents.
• Ability to support project planning, milestone tracking, meeting coordination, and progress reporting.
• Experience or interest in working in a project-based role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Awareness of global financial services regulation and the regulatory environment in which an FX firm operates.
• Basic understanding of FX, payments, derivatives or willingness to build knowledge in these areas.
