About the Role

This role is responsible for strengthening the Church of England’s approach to racial justice learning. You will review existing learning resources, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop a clear strategy and workplan to support future provision, ensuring learning is aligned, high-quality and accessible across different contexts.

  • Coordinate the delivery of the Unit’s learning and development work
  • Ensure programmes are well-designed, appropriately targeted, and delivered effectively

Requirements

  • Experience in strengthening approaches to racial justice learning
  • Ability to review learning resources and identify gaps
  • Skill in developing strategies and workplans
  • Capacity to ensure learning is aligned, high-quality, and accessible
  • Experience coordinating learning and development work
  • Ability to ensure programmes are well-designed, targeted, and delivered effectively
