About the Role
This role is responsible for strengthening the Church of England’s approach to racial justice learning. You will review existing learning resources, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop a clear strategy and workplan to support future provision, ensuring learning is aligned, high-quality and accessible across different contexts.
Responsibilities
- Review existing learning resources
- Identify gaps and opportunities in learning resources
- Develop a clear strategy and workplan for future learning provision
- Ensure learning is aligned, high-quality, and accessible across national, diocesan, and parish settings
- Coordinate the delivery of the Unit’s learning and development work
- Ensure programmes are well-designed, appropriately targeted, and delivered effectively
Requirements
- Experience in strengthening approaches to racial justice learning
- Ability to review learning resources and identify gaps
- Skill in developing strategies and workplans
- Capacity to ensure learning is aligned, high-quality, and accessible
- Experience coordinating learning and development work
- Ability to ensure programmes are well-designed, targeted, and delivered effectively
