About the Role
Launch your veterinary career with Greencross Vets through our 18-month Veterinary Graduate Program, designed to help new graduates build confidence, clinical capability, and professional skills in their first years of practice.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a 3-day induction in Sydney.
- Engage in modular learning combining online learning, live sessions, and practical application.
- Attend surgical and dentistry wet labs.
- Participate in radiology workshops.
- Attend monthly Lunch & Learn sessions.
- Undertake Consult Coach training with personalized feedback.
- Complete core and elective learning modules covering surgery, dermatology, cardiology, ophthalmology, and communication.
- Utilize two weeks of additional paid placement leave.
- Access workshops, national conference, and a network of graduate peers and experienced clinicians.
- Develop skills within your clinic, supported by local leaders and the broader Greencross network.
Requirements
- Must be graduating from an Australian or New Zealand veterinary school in 2026.
