About the Role
Partner with businesses to transform their HR and Payroll operations, ensuring they see the value of the Rippling platform with speed. This role involves navigating ambiguity, building strong relationships, and managing complex implementation projects from kick-off to go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of our solutions in partnership with customers.
- Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Become a product expert, translating complex technical features into intuitive solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and other CX teams to advocate for customers.
- Manage critical conversations and escalations, turning roadblocks into opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple priorities in an autonomous environment.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable steps for clients.
- A "can-do" attitude and willingness to deep dive into documentation.
- Experience with HRIS and Australian-based Payroll is desirable but not essential.
