About the Role

• Ability to work well with singers, conductors, directors and colleagues throughout the creative process.
• Ability to lead and inspire an effective team.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
• Ability to supervise staff to ensure tasks are completed on time to a high standard.
• Work authorisation for the UK.
