About the Role
Ema is building the Universal Agentic Control Plane, the layer where enterprises transform business processes into AI Employees. This role involves embedding within customer environments to identify, solution, build, and implement agentic automation opportunities, driving significant value and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Hunt for high-value automation opportunities within customer operations.
- Design agentic flows on Ema's platform by making architecture calls on agents, integrations, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Build working demos to prove the value of agentic automation.
- Lead technical conversations, address objections, and demonstrate the functionality of solutions.
- Implement won deals into live, production agentic workflows that customers adopt and trust.
- Own the outcome from initial conversation to production usage.
Requirements
- Ability to write code and use the agentic platform to build demos.
- Persuasive communication skills to connect customer pain points with Ema's value proposition.
- Product-mindedness to envision streamlined agentic flows from chaotic business processes.
