About the Role
Join our data team as an AI-native engineer focused on automating data flows and building self-service data access for the business. The focus is on debugging and improving automations, building agents, and reducing ad hoc requests.
Responsibilities
- Debug and maintain existing data automations
- Build agents that handle repeatable data tasks end to end
- Work across multiple data sources and systems, making sense of fragmented data
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand where manual data work is slowing them down, and build solutions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with AI agents or LLM tools
- Solid coding fundamentals
- A business mindset: interest in how the work connects to what the company needs, not just the technical build
- Curiosity and a strong learning mindset, especially around AI tools and trends
- Experience with Python or Node.js in a production or personal-project setting
- Experience with automation/orchestration tools such as n8n
- Exposure to SQL or working with structured data
