About the Role

Enerveo is seeking a Site Supervisor/Project Manager to lead a team in delivering routine maintenance activities, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring safe and efficient project completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering routine maintenance activities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including routine painting and LED replacement.
• Coordinate resources and prepare job packs.
• Conduct site safety visits and plan/schedule activities.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Oversee a team responsible for installing and maintaining street lighting apparatus and furniture.
• Plan workloads including routine changing, maintaining, and testing street lighting equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to company safety guidelines and regulations.
• Manage HR requirements for the team, including holiday, sickness, leave, and welfare.
• Support the Operations Manager in delivering outstanding service to clients.
• Participate in an on-call rota covering one week in every 10 for emergency call-outs, with additional standby payments.

Requirements

• Experienced people manager with a passion for leading, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Must complete a basic DBS pre-employment screening.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Electrical background with knowledge of the 18th Edition (nice to have).
• Completion of a G39 Electrical Safety course (nice to have).

• £39,279 - £51,875 depending on skills and experience
