About the Role

One City is seeking a driven, high-energy individual to join our team as Front of House and deliver an exceptional in-studio customer experience. This role is crucial for maintaining the atmosphere and brand energy of our high-performance studio.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level, informative, high-energy, and welcoming first-timer greetings and studio walkthroughs.
• Address member feedback and on-site queries instantly.
• Support the smoothie bar, ensuring quality and speed of service for post-workout nutrition.
• Contribute to maintaining studio energy levels aligned with the One City brand.
• Support studio events, themed classes, and brand collaborations for flawless execution and member engagement.
• Maintain immaculate studios, changing rooms, and communal areas through regular checks.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure the studio is performance-ready.
• Ensure all studio equipment and technology are ready for use before each session.

Requirements

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring enthusiasm to every shift.
• Understand how to influence the energy of a room.
• Enjoy the logistics of a busy floor and juggling multiple tasks.
• Take direction well, work effectively with others, and lead by example.
• Flexibility to work shifts starting as early as 5:30 am or finishing as late as 8:30 pm.
• Willingness to work regular weekend shifts as the studio is open 7 days a week.
