About the Role

Join PlayStation's Engineering Enablement team, responsible for developing and operating server applications for PlayStation Online Services. This role focuses on enhancing developer experience and productivity within a diverse ecosystem of over 1,000 developers and hundreds of components. You will play a key role in driving the adoption and integration of AI technologies to transform development processes and improve platform infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Develop and operate large-scale platforms for PlayStation Online Services.
Improve platform health and visibility.
Utilize AI technologies for development assistance.
Evaluate DX metrics.
Optimize application networking.
Collaborate with international teams in the US and India.
Design and implement AI and agent technologies for CI/CD migration (e.g., from Jenkins, GitLab to GitHub Actions, Argo CD).
Design and build AI workflows to assist with error analysis, conversion, and review of CI/CD pipelines and deployment configurations.
Develop user guidelines, conduct workshops, and facilitate knowledge sharing to promote AI solution adoption and integration.
Provide hands-on support for the practical implementation of AI solutions.

Requirements

3+ years of server-side development experience.
Practical experience with CI/CD and Platform Engineering.
Experience utilizing code generation and review assistance tools.
Experience in improving development processes.
Basic understanding of LLMs.
Practical experience in application or business process improvement using AI technologies.
Knowledge and experience in designing and improving AI features, including prompt design and tool integration, with an understanding of LLM characteristics.
