About the Role

As a Market Data and Repository Analyst, you will join a team that combines client support, operational oversight, and market data and regulatory compliance responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, business and client compliance with regulations, and client compliance with market data policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Facilitate client onboarding, entitlement, ongoing support, and termination processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback.
• Monitor and manage daily operational workflows for smooth service delivery.
• Assist in resolving operational issues, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client experience.
• Assist in audit reviews of customers, including analysis of technical data flows and entitlement controls.
• Consult with clients on audit controls and compliance requirements.
• Support the audit process from notification and analysis through to issue resolution.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and operational dashboards.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with compliance and governance issues related to market data licensing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High work ethic, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with technical teams as well as sales and end users.
