About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work in our Subscriptions team, which is responsible for all of our subscriptions products. The number of subscribers has grown substantially, and we’re now looking to scale and accelerate through new vectors of growth, where this role will be key to drive that.
Responsibilities
- Build a product vision and strategy for your area, ensuring alignment with Monzo’s goals and an exceptional customer experience.
- Inspire people with the product vision and share the right context with the right people at the right time.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, research, marketing and other teams across Monzo to create a strategy and deliver.
- Define, deliver and measure the impact of the customer-focused experiences you create.
Requirements
- Experienced product manager who has led high-performing teams to ship world-class products at a fast-growing company.
- Track record of leading consumer efforts that drive significant value for customers and the business.
- Data-driven and commercial, with a track record of collaborating with machine learning experts or data scientists to define key metrics, run experiments, and deliver business impact.
- Ability to systematically break down and solve complex problems.
- Good judgment and a track record of making good decisions in complex situations.
- Urge and resilience to challenge the status quo and make things better, with creative ideas for how to do so.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles to get stuff done.
- Great storyteller, able to motivate, energise and inspire people towards a common goal.
- Passionate about building value for customers and not just achieving business results, and excited about Monzo's mission.
- Intellectually honest about work's performance, continually striving for improvement.
- Fast learner, humble and curious, enjoying learning every day and sharing knowledge and experience.
