About the Role

We are seeking an individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our partner work and take on increasing leadership responsibilities. This role requires curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to engage with complex challenges, particularly concerning AI's impact on organizations, leadership, and society. You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful leadership experiences for senior leaders and contributing to the growth and strategic direction of our responsible leadership advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, high-value projects, ensuring exceptional partner management and high partner value.
• Manage and develop project teams, including team members and Associates.
• Oversee project budgets, P&L, and strategic partnerships.
• Facilitate cross-project learning and proposition iteration.
• Design creative leadership experiences for senior leaders, pioneering new approaches.
• Evaluate the impact of leadership interventions and ensure alignment with organizational mission.

Requirements

• Ability to lead the full life cycle of complex, high-value projects.
• Strong commercial capability, including business development, proposals, and pitches.
• Proven track record of winning work through senior relationships.
• Excellent facilitation skills with senior teams.
• Ability to translate intellectual frameworks into clear partner propositions.
• Ability to evaluate impact and demonstrate outcomes.

• 8+ years' experience in strategy consulting, leadership consulting, programme design and implementation, or learning and development.
• Experience taking a proposition to market and growing it.
• 1-2 years' experience engaging leaders with or working in AI, technology or innovation.
