About the Role
This role requires a data-driven approach and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support sales achievement and establish the Maison's identity, all in alignment with global business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement stock allocation strategies for regular operations and boutique openings, leveraging relevant planning tool.
- Lead the planning and arrangement of Fair packs, including delivery schedules and circulation plans.
- Coordinate end-to-end stock transfers, including SAP registrations, product data extraction, transfer accuracy monitoring, and transportation/logistics coordination for delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide operational support for boutique openings, commercial and non-commercial events.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Merchandising or relevant function.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated leader who is flexible, positive, accurate, and thrives in dynamic, challenging environments.
- Good command of PC skills, especially in Excel.
- Business fluency level both Japanese & English.
