About the Role
The Operations and Distribution Coordinator will primarily be responsible for coordinating POS materials and Export and Client orders, while also providing support to SAP system users. This role is crucial for the influential growth of the Maison, focusing on delivering excellence and development within a nurturing team.
Responsibilities
- Support local implementation of POS Material project.
- Coordinate all export processes and execute product transfer requests.
- Coordinate client orders, including product feasibility, lead time, and delivery.
- Support Order Management and SAP Master Data Management.
- Develop collaboration skills with Local Marketing, Retail, Ecom teams, and JP & Central Logistic Teams.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Supply Chain / Sales Administration / Logistic field, preferably in a luxury retail business.
- Good team player with excellent spoken & written communication skills.
- Flexible and at ease with multi-tasking, priority management, and managing urgent situations.
- Goal-oriented, autonomous, and able to fulfill tasks within the given deadline.
- Business fluency level in both Japanese & English.
