About the Role
Pulse Nursing is seeking experienced Phlebotomists and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) with phlebotomy experience to join their team across West London. This role involves conducting health checks and drawing blood samples for participants.
Responsibilities
- Complete POCT cholesterol checks, height, weight and waist measurements, heart rate and blood pressure checks, and accurately record findings on the system.
- Draw two blood samples, ensuring they are correctly labelled and stored.
- Monitor the wellbeing of participants throughout their appointments, escalating concerns where appropriate.
Requirements
- A Certificate in Phlebotomy.
- A minimum of one year's active experience drawing blood.
- Experience taking patient observations.
- Excellent patient care skills.
- The Right to Work in the UK.
