About the Role

As an intern in Marketing & Patient Experience, you will support the Marketing Team in increasing Cara Care's visibility, reaching relevant target groups, and evolving our communication with patients. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and our Care Team, gaining insights into how we understand patients, analyze their needs, and continuously improve our marketing efforts. This role combines creativity with analytical thinking, involving campaign support, creating patient-centric content, analyzing feedback and user behavior, and deriving valuable insights for communication and patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support in planning and implementing marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Creation and further development of patient-centric communication materials and content.
  • Assist with campaigns, marketing projects, and various initiatives to increase patient engagement.
  • Analysis of user and patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Development of a better understanding of patient needs, behavior, and customer journeys.
  • Support with commercial and business development projects.
  • Conducting analyses of patient needs, market trends, and user behavior.
  • Preparation of findings in presentations, reports, and internal documentation.

Requirements

  • Seeking a mandatory or voluntary internship for 3-6 months.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Marketing, Psychology, Communication Science, or a comparable field.
  • Native-level German language skills and very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Reside in Berlin or the surrounding area and be able to work regularly from our Berlin office.
  • Desire to redesign, improve, and implement processes in the marketing field.
  • Enjoy understanding target groups and adapting content and communication to their needs.
  • Work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute own ideas.
  • Comfortable with both analytical tasks and creative marketing topics.
