About the Role
This role provides reward expertise across fixed reward, variable reward, and employee benefits. The primary objective is to ensure reward practices attract, retain, and motivate top talent while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with HR and senior leadership to influence and provide valuable insights and recommendations. The role holds primary accountability for UK reward matters, including annual benefits enrolment, benefits governance, and regulatory requirements like UK & Ireland pay gap reporting. It may also lead and support reward transformation initiatives, market reviews, salary structure analysis, and the development of reward frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Provide reward expertise across fixed reward (base salary, compensation structures, pay management)
- Manage variable reward (short- and long-term incentives programs)
- Oversee employee benefits (design, implementation, annual reviews, optimisation)
- Ensure reward practices align with corporate governance standards
- Attract, retain, and motivate top talent through reward practices
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to influence decision-making
- Act as the process and procedural expert for total reward approach
- Hold primary accountability for UK reward matters
- Manage annual benefits enrolment for the UK
- Oversee benefits governance and regulatory requirements for the UK
- Lead and support reward transformation initiatives
- Conduct market reviews and salary structure analysis
- Develop reward frameworks and provide recommendations
- Develop knowledge and understanding of total reward among leaders, HR, and employees
