About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and realization of broadcast workflows.
- Prepare hourly news broadcasts in collaboration with the editor-in-chief.
- Coordinate communication between the editorial team and production technology, including the editor-in-chief, director, and production management.
- Handle the visual content for teasers and tops through self-editing.
- Review finished segments, write lower thirds, and technical information for the rundown.
- Update and manage the content pool.
- Provide support during breaking news and live events.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree, particularly in Politics, Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
- Possess a strong interest in television and online media, with a focus on news journalism and current events.
- Demonstrate broad general knowledge.
- Ideally, have prior editorial experience.
- Communicate fluently in German and English.
- Invest time and effort in your work and adhere to agreements.
- Familiarity with standard MS Office programs.
