About the Role
We are seeking a Legal Assistant (m/f/d) for our Berlin office, available for full-time or part-time employment.
Responsibilities
- File management and organization, including deadline control, primarily in digital format.
- Independent creation of correspondence, circulars, minutes, and legal documents.
- Scheduling of appointments.
- Independent processing of incoming mail.
- Answering telephone calls and providing information.
- Organization of business trips, client events, and seminars.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, e.g., as a Legal Assistant or Legal and Notary Assistant (m/f/d).
- Professional experience is desirable; career starters are also very welcome.
- Organizational talent and an independent, meticulous work style.
- Good PC skills, especially in MS Office; DATEV knowledge is an advantage.
- Team-oriented and service-oriented work style.
- English language skills are desirable.
