About the Role

As our business continues to grow nationally, we're looking for a motivated Service Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new. Whether you're already a Service Coordinator or you're coming from customer service, scheduling, logistics or administration, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a rewarding long-term career.

Responsibilities

Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works.
Scheduling trades and subcontractors across Australia.
Managing work orders from start to completion while achieving customer KPIs.
Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
Coordinating urgent maintenance requests.
Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and technicians.
Maintaining accurate job records and updates.
Delivering exceptional customer service every day.

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A confident and professional phone manner.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
